Nordic Tankers A/S and WOMAR Logistics Pte. Ltd. have since
February 2011 jointly owned a independent pool management company
with the name of "Nordic Womar".
The Nordic Womar Pool includes Chartering and Operation of
10,000-20,000 dwt coated vessels and the authority of fixing the
vessels in the Pools is based on geographical areas as
follows:

WOMAR, Singapore: East of Suez/transpacific east

Nordic Tankers, Copenhagen: The Mediterranean, Africa,
transatlantic west, Canada west and to/from South America
