Nordic Tankers has two reporting systems by which employees ashore and at sea plus external parties have the opportunity to report violations and policies of law. Reporting on marine violations in general concerning Safety, Health, Quality and Environmnet is also welcome.
The systems are not to be used for inquiries about employment, commercial inquiries or other general questions.
We encourage you to report your concerns directly to us by contacting your usual contact person with Nordic Tankers or our legal department. If you believe that these options are not feasible to you, you are welcome to submit your report through our Whistleblowing or Open Reporting systems.
The systems differ and overlap in following ways:
Whistleblowing System - For serious illegal behavior or sensitive concerns that could have a material adverse impact on Nordic Tankers or which may have a significant effect on person's life or health.
Open Reporting - For non-compliance issues and other marine violations in general concerning Health, Safety, Quality and Environment. Focus is on vessel operational items and any concern may be reported via this system here.
Both the Whistleblowing System and the Open Reporting system enable anonymous reporting.
The Company DPA (Designated Person Ashore) or his deputy may be contacted directly as posted on the vessels and in the office.
