The reporting will be confidential and conducted in total
anonymity. All employees ashore and at sea are encouraged to use
the reporting opportunities as stipulated within the Company Safety
Management System (SMS) or via the Open Reporting system by using
the links to the right. The link to the right can also be used by
any external parties who has something they would like to to
report.
Retaliation against employees who will make use of the Open
Reporting System will not be tolerated. In order to reassure and
legitimize the open reporting, The Company intends to discipline or
even dismiss an employee who fails to report when a discharge,
spill or other
environmental non-compliance/incidents occur.
Compliance in the above mentioned areas is under the
responsibility of Marine QA, where the Head of Department: Søren
Vest is personally responsible for handling notifications from the
Open Reporting system. Any reports can also be directly forwarded
